In this episode:

Hydration status is an important factor for performance especially in warmer environments. I look at the science and evaluate how much the effect is, when it becomes an issue and what can be done to prevent it. Plus, a conversation with Irish physiotherapist and competitive runner Eoin Everard on how to understand running injuries so that we can better strategize how to avoid them.
